For the past 39 years, I have concentrated on trial work, gaining extensive experience representing clients in court when resolution through other means is not possible.
I prioritize clear and prompt communication, always respecting my clients’ time and financial resources.
My practice encompasses a wide range of civil cases, including business disputes, contract issues, business formation, personal injury matters such as slip-and-fall incidents and car accidents, mechanics’ liens, leases and landlord-tenant conflicts, real estate disputes involving land titles and easements, insurance disagreements, and consumer law cases, including contractor disputes.
Beyond my legal practice, I have served as an attorney for the New Hampshire State Senate on three occasions, participated in various local nonprofit boards in Portsmouth, and contributed to the Portsmouth Zoning Board.
In 2013, I was honored to receive the NH Bar Association Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for assisting clients in need.
